Yes! If you would like a custom-made pendant for yourself, or a loved one, you can email me at crystalcutandcreations@gmail.com with your preferred stone type, metal type, and a photo or description of the style you'd like.

That's ok! We can figure it out together! We can find out what stone would best suit you by chatting over email. I will ask you questions about what kind of color of stone you had in mind if you want a specific type of metaphysical energy, and other questions to figure out what stone is best for your pendant.

That's ok! I can give you the different pricing options for each metal type, answer any questions you may have about the different metals I use, and can also discuss with you the different energetic properties of each metal to help you decide!

Of course! If you see a pendant on my website or social media that you liked but has already sold, we can make you a remake! Just email me with a photo of the pendant you wanted, and we can discuss pricing and if you would like anything changed like the stone or metal type used!

Absolutely! If you would like a pendant made for a specific spiritual practice, emotional need, or metaphysical reason, you can email me at crystalcutandcreations@gmail.com with a description of your emotional/spiritual situation, and I will give you some pendant options to choose from based on your personal needs/story.

Prices are based on the type of stone, metal, and design you'd like used for your pendant. Most custom pendants start in the $150 range and go up from there. 

Once we have chatted over email, and finalized all the details for what you'd like, I will create a custom listing for you on my website. Full payment must be received first before I start work on your pendant.

Custom wire wraps have a wait time of 2-4 weeks. Orders may take longer if I have to order special materials for your project. If you need your pendant completed and shipped in less than 2 weeks from the purchase date, a rush fee of $25 will be required. Please let me know in your email if you would like your pendant done by a certain date that way we can plan and price your piece accordingly.

Absolutely! If you have a stone in your personal collection that you would like made into a wire-wrapped pendant, just email me a photo of it with a description of what you'd like done, and we can get started! Providing your own stone will give you a discounted price, as I will only be charging you for the metal used to create your pendant and my time to create it.

Yes, I can! The possibilities are endless when it comes to custom-made pendants! I have wrapped many items such as sea shells, animal bones/teeth/claws, glass pieces, and plastic or metal charms. If you have an item of any material you'd like me to wire wrap just reach out over email with a photo and description of what you'd like done and I will do my best to make your idea come to life!

If you have a wire wrap that you or another artist made and want me to redo/redesign it, I can do that for you! I have redone other wire wraps in the past and am more than happy to do it again! I will cut off the old wire wrap, and rewrap it into a new design of your choosing! This can also be done with wire wraps that I have personally made for you. If you have an older wrap that you want redone in a new style, just email me with your idea, and we can make that happen!

**There is a fee for materials and time for rewraps, usually around $100 or more.

Yes, you can! If you would like to have multiple stones used in your pendant we can add what's called "accent stones" to your wrap! These accent stones will be smaller, faceted stones that can be set within the wire wrap itself, surrounding the larger main stone in the center. Accent stones will add to the cost of your pendant, but are such an elegant way to add more to your pendant. We do offer custom crystal carvings within reason. We are limited to how big a carving can be due to our current stone-cutting equipment and also limited to the shapes/styles we can do as well. If you are looking to have custom-made crystal carving, custom-made cabochon, or custom-made crystal skulls, please email us at crystalcutandcreations@gmail.com with your inquiry, and we will see what we can do for you.

Absolutely! I love being able to make custom belly beads for my clients! We can make you a belly bead set with crystal beads that have charms, hand-made wire-wrapped charms, and so much more! The possibilities are endless! Custom belly bead sets usually are about $150 but can range in price. Pricing is based on what kind of stone beads you would like used in the set, and if you would like any charms or wire-wrapped charms added to the set. Just send me your ideas via email, and we can talk about what's possible for you, and what pricing for your idea would look like. 

*All belly bead sets are made to your custom length, to make sure they fit you exactly and come with an adjustable 2.5-inch chain in the back. (The adjustable chain can be made longer for no additional charge if you'd like)*

Yes. We can absolutely make you a custom bracelet in any size and style you'd like. Just reach out via email and let us know what kind of stones you'd like the bracelet to be made with if you'd like any charms added to the bracelet, the size of the bead you would like us to use, and how big the bracelet should be.

No. I do not teach others how to wire wrap at this time.

I use pure metals to create my pendants, such as, 925 Silver, 14/20 Gold, 14/20 Rose Gold, Pure Copper, and Pure Jewelers Brass. This way your pendants are made with the highest quality materials available!

No! Sunlight/UV light can break down the color and structure of your crystals and can cause their color to fade, or cause the crystal to crack. Please keep your crystals, and crystal jewelry, out of direct sunlight and away from windows. When placing your crystals in your home, make sure they are in an area where they will not be exposed to direct sunlight for more than 2 hours a day.

We do offer repairs and polishing of crystals on certain occasions. If your repair/polish requirements are within our abilities we can help you. Repairs and polishings will have a small fee for our time. Wire wrapping is a tedious process, and takes a few days to complete one pendant. On average, it can take about 12 full working hours to complete one simple piece. Complex designs can take more time, anywhere from 14-22 full working hours.

Anything made with real copper can turn your skin green with prolonged wear/exposure. 

THIS IS A NATURAL, NONTOXIC, PHENOMENON!

This is due to copper oxidizing with the natural oils and moisture of your body. It is not harmful to you in any way, and can simply be washed off of your skin with soap and water. To prevent this, make sure to frequently wipe down your copper jewelry with a polishing cloth, and keep your skin dry and clean when wearing copper jewelry.

Occasionally we are set up with our booth at local events, markets, or gem shows. This is the only time we offer in-person shopping. If you would like help identifying one or more stones in your collection, that were NOT purchased from my shop, please send me your photos and questions to my email (crystalcutandcreations@gmail.com) and I'll see if I can identify them for you. If I can successfully identify your stones, I will require a $5 donation, PER STONE, to my Venmo or Cashapp. The reason we ask you to pay for our time doing this service is that it is a VERY common question I get asked and takes up a lot of my time. Thank you for understanding.

ABSOLUTELY!! We can source just about any stone in the world for our clients due to our long list of contacts in the mineral world! Whether it's a cheaper, more common stone, or a very rare or expensive stone, we got you covered! Just email me and let me know what you're looking for, and the price range you're willing to spend, and I will get to searching for your dream stone. We are rarely unable to find a certain stone for our clients, so feel free to send us your craziest requests!

If you are looking to buy a certain item in bulk, at a wholesale cost we can help you out. Crystal Cut Creations LLC is a licensed wholesale buyer and seller company that offers many products in bulk at a low wholesale price that is not listed on our website.
