When you purchase from our shop or website, you automatically agree to these terms and policies. Failure to review and read these policies will not result in a change of procedure. It is the customer's responsibility to review and read these policies before purchasing.
- All Sales are final. I DO NOT accept returns or refunds.
- Shipping: All packages are sent via USPS and come with a standard insurance of $100 (additional insurance is available IF the customer decides to purchase additional insurance, it will not be automatically added. Please inform us at the time of purchase if you would like additional insurance)
- Crystal Cut Creations is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package is handed over to USPS our liability ends.
- IF a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, it is THE CUSTOMERS responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim. *If USPS requires additional information from us, such information shall be provided. But it is the duty of the customer to handle the actual claim itself, and to also inform us of any needed information from our company.
- We do not offer payment plans at this time, please be prepared to pay in full for any items, or custom made items, at the time of inquiry or purchase
- We do not hold items for anyone.
- If your wire wrapped pendant becomes damaged, you may be eligible for a repair. Depending on the type of damage, some repairs are free, and others will require a fee to be paid for repair. Please see our FAQ page in the "How to care for your Wire Wrapped Pendant:" section to learn more about repair options and specifications.
- If your Pendant, Necklace Chain, Crystal, or any other item sold by us breaks, we are NOT liable. No refunds will be provided.
